If you are looking to build your bench press, this 8 week guide is for you!
You will be bench pressing or doing some type of compound upper body work 2-3 days a week while incorporating bodybuilding style accessory work.
Comes with a training guide and complementary mobility protocol!
Level: Beginner/ Intermediate. You need to be familiar with compound barbell basics, have previous gym experience.
