In 2021 an estimated of 12.3 million American adults have contemplated suicide. 3.5 million planned a suicide attempt and 1.7 million attempted suicide.
We can all help prevent suicide.
If you or someone you know is in need, do not be afraid to reach out for help. You can call the suicide Crisis lifeline at 988 as well.
If you or someone you know is or has struggled with their mental health, consider supporting the cause.
ALL proceeds will be donated to AFSP (Central Texas) to help raise awareness and specifically to support LGBT+ communities.
