Level: Intermediate to Advanced, Requires previous gym experience (familiarity with common barbell moves), No outstanding medical conditions or limitations, athletic background helpful.
Overview: 6 week program- 5 Days a week training program: 2 Days per week focus on strength training, 1 day per week focuses on Agility and Power, 1 day per week follows a hybrid training protocol incorporating elements of strength, explosive output and cardiovascular output and a final day is spent on core and unilateral movements to reinforce stability.
